Rare Seahorse Sighting

In the seagrass fields of our bivalves filter testing site, divers discovered seahorses. Seahorses have grown increasingly scarce in the Sado estuary following the ecological collapse of the 1980s. We interpret this as evidence that both the bioactive filters and the seagrass contribute to the restoration of the surrounding ecosystem. Scientists will document our casual observations.
